Chophouse under management of award winning chef:

Woodfield Manor Chophouse welcomes our new chef/restaurant manager, Dave Edukaitis. Dave is a member of the American Culinary Federation, having won numerous accolades in culinary competitions, most recently being named “Chef of the Year” by NEPA Pro Chef Assoc. Dave has studied at the Culinary Institute, International School of Confectionary Arts, and The French Culinary Institute including Molecular Gastronomy, the latest craze. A member of the James Beard House in NYC, Dave comes to us from the position of Executive Chef at BB King’s Blues and Grill Club, helping them work toward their first Michelin Star.


“I’m very excited about Dave joining the team at the Chophouse. Even though we were already renowned for our menu and food Dave brings such incredible talent to the kitchen that we will be able to raise the bar even higher for our guests. His ideas surrounding farm to table cuisine and using locally produced food will be a welcome addition. Chef Dave’s creative food presentations will complement the beautiful décor and atmosphere at the Chophouse,” explains Tina Dowd.
